Hybrid Training
Hybrid training allows you to come into the gym to train in-person anywhere from 1-4x a month. Each 60 minute in-person session is spent not only completing a workout, but also answering any questions that may have come up in your self-guided workouts and polishing up your form. On the days/weeks we do not meet together, you will be completing the self-guided workouts in your program. You will be asked to record certain exercises and send them in for feedback to ensure you the closest experience to in-person training as possible!
