1 on 1 Virtual Training

All virtual sessions will be held over Google Meet, so clients must have access to internet or cellular data. I recommend using a laptop or phone with an adjustable tripod for these sessions. Please keep in mind that I need to see your form during these exercises, so pick a camera placement that allows me to see the majority of your body. Free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells) are preferred but not required and will be used if you have them available. If you don’t have free weights, I do recommend a resistance band set and an exercise mat (see my “Amazon Favorites” tab for recommendations.

40-Minutes

  • $40 for 1 session

  • $75 for 2 sessions

60-Minutes

  • $60 for 1 session

  • $115 for 2 sessions

  • $165 for 3 sessions

  • $210 for 4 sessions

  • $250 for 5 sessions

Purchase sessions in packages and save! With any package, you can disperse sessions throughout the month as you like. Sessions can also be purchased one at a time on or before the day of training.
