In-person Gym Training

1 on 1 and group training clients will receive a fitness assessment to address the client’s current fitness level and any irregular movement patterns/muscular imbalances. At Mind & Motion we believe every body is different, therefore every program should be different! All training programs are tailored to be the best fit for each client and their goals. All gym training clients also receive the luxury of working out in a private gym without the hassle of other gym-goers.

All in-person training packages include a weigh-in, body circumference measurements and progress photos every month to track your progress- if you choose to do so! We can also track your progress through other training variables (such as pain management, rate of perceived exertion, how clothes are fitting, etc.) if you opt out of the monthly stats. Each client has access to our free app to complete self-guided home/gym workouts and active rest sessions on days we do not meet.

Sessions not consumed within the month will be rolled over to the next month. Every gym session is conducted at my studio located in 2nd Ward, Houston TX (exact address given once appointment is accepted).

Single Session Pricing

Payment is required on the day of training for both individual and group sessions. This pricing plan is best for those unable to make a monthly commitment due to an unpredictable schedule or for those looking to add in a drop in session to their current workout schedule.

1 on 1 Personal Training Packages

1 on 1 coaching at the gym is individualized to you and your goals, and allows you to have my full attention for the duration of the session. This type of training is great for those with specific fitness goals and for those who need (or enjoy) that extra “push” during your workout!

Small Group Training Packages

Group training clients have the same coaching as 1 on 1 clients, but also get to work out with their friends and/or family at the same time! Group Training is a great way to hold each other accountable, and is also a more budget-friendly alternative to 1 on 1 training! Every group session is 60 minutes, and the training cost is divided between the group of 2-3 members. It is necessary for group members to have similar fitness levels and goals, but the ages and genders of the group can vary. A training consultation with the group in-person is highly recommended to determine if all group members will benefit training together.

*All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Exceptions may apply for medical reasons.
