Run Club Sign Up

Join us for a fun and energizing morning run at Mason Park in Houston’s East End. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting out, all fitness levels are welcome!

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to find a place to park and locate our group meeting point. The warm-up stretches will begin promptly at 10 am followed by the run (details will be sent in text confirmation upon form submission). $5 payment will be collected on the day of the run.

What to Expect:

  • Guided Pre/Post Run Stretching & Dynamic Movement

  • Flexible Running Distances

    The group will be led on the 3-mile loop, but there are multiple trails leading to our meeting point with shorter distances for those who need it

  • Refreshments & Snacks Provided

  • Roughly 60-90 Minute Duration
