Bootcamp RSVP
Looking for a low-cost workout for any fitness level? Come join my Saturday Full Body Bootcamp! Each workout is 60 minutes of strength and conditioning scaled to all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or a regular gym rat, you will leave feeling challenged and empowered!
Bootcamp will be held at 9 am on the Saturday’s listed below. The fee is $5 for any current training client and $15 for any individuals that are not a current client of mine.
Water, electrolytes, snacks and sweat towels are provided for the workout :)
